I am speaking about the Clock Tower Post Office, Kampala.

There appears to be a blatant attempt to steal money from customers at this Post Office. Today a customer colleague of mine went to pick up a Registered prepaid parcel and was told it would cost UG 60,000shilling. When he complained to the Manager it was found that it was only to cost UG 20,000 sh. There is common complaints about the Teller in question. I will be putting a formal complaint to the relevant Government Minister on my business visit to Kampala in July.
