Apparently, your employees go through packages addressed to people in Kampala, and take what they want. I sent Christmas gifts to a friend in December 2011. The package arrived on February 16, 2012, with all the packages opened and most of the valuable items stolen. My friend received a mostly empty package with the boxes and wrapping paper torn apart. It is a shame that, in addition to being horribly expensive to get package into Kampala, the postal employees steal what was intended for your customers. You made it impossible to get help to people in your community. It is a disgrace. I have been trying to help a friend for several years, but every time I send something to my friend, he is either robbed by Customs or the goods are stolen. Great job, Uganda Post Office! Soon enough, you won't have anyone trying to use the mail.
