    I hope someone reads this and acts, today i went to pay in for my P.O Box, i normally pay for it at the beginning of the year but this year i delayed, after receiving messages that my box will be allocated to someone else i decided to go pay. the lady at the counter boldly told me i had not paid for 2 years, which i objected and promised to come back with my last year receipt. i am wondering do they not keep statements for clients or their update when you pay? someone answer me
